Refund policy
We do not accept refunds or returns due to the nature of most items being sold are custom or unique. Each is unique and handmade to a degree. If you have an issue with an item you have 7 days to reach out and we work with you to make it right but again no refunds or returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
